1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the bj99 website accessible at bj-99.asia, including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and associated digital services.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a User on the Platform, through which the User accesses gaming services, manages funds, and communicates with bj99 support.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or equivalent incentives awarded by bj99 subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring the submission and validation of identity, address, and payment method documentation.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction where access to the Platform or use of its services is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or omission by a User that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated software, and bonus abuse.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the bj99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by all provisions contained herein, including any supplementary policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a third party or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party and that the third party also meets all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.

bj99 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for changes.

3 Eligibility

To create an account and access bj99 services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to individual end users.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any Restricted Territory as communicated by bj99 from time to time.
• You are not subject to a current self-exclusion order on this Platform or any related platform operated by bj99 or its affiliates.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bj99, its affiliates, or any game provider whose products appear on the Platform.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

bj99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending satisfactory verification. Provision of false information to establish eligibility constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4 Account Registration

Each individual User may register and operate only one (1) bj99 account. Duplicate accounts, whether registered using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bj99 will close all associated accounts and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits therein may be forfeited entirely.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your account and for updating it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered by the Platform.
• Notify bj99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party.

bj99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where such loss results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bj99 is committed to operating a compliant and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we implement a rigorous KYC process. You agree to submit any documentation requested by our compliance team, which may include but is not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement, or card statement).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by the compliance team.

KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request exceeding the minimum threshold established by bj99. bj99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a User's account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, at first withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers an internal compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the compliance request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending further investigation.

All documents submitted are processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or our licensed operating partners for compliance purposes.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

bj99 supports a range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, standard bank transfer, and major international card networks where applicable. bj99 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue support for any payment method at its sole discretion and with reasonable notice where practicable.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be adjusted from time to time.
• bj99 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may levy charges which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Any delays caused by your payment provider are outside bj99's control.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn via an alternative verified payment method at bj99's discretion.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. bj99 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe published on the cashier page, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• bj99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or where suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the cashier page and apply per transaction and per rolling period.
• Any withdrawal fees applicable to specific payment methods will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bj99 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game categories, and geographic restrictions, are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the promotion terms or on the Platform's bonus terms page.
• bj99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any qualifying deposits made specifically for that promotion will be handled fairly and at management's discretion.
• Where bj99 determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, abusively, or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, bj99 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and take further action including account suspension.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bj99 platform operate in accordance with their respective published rules and paytables. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before participating in any game. By placing a wager you confirm that you understand the rules and accept the outcome of the game as final, subject only to the dispute process set out below.

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and the wager amount credited back to your account. bj99 does not guarantee that partial game states will be preserved and accepts no liability for losses attributable to technical failures on your device or network.
• Erroneous Odds or Game Parameters: Where a technical error results in the display of incorrect odds, paytables, or game parameters, bj99 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. This right applies regardless of whether bets were placed before or after the error was identified.
• Sports Betting Settlements: All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or official data provider. Where no official result is available, bj99 management will make the final determination. Live betting odds are subject to change without notice and accepted bets are binding at the odds confirmed at the moment of placement.
• Maximum Win Limits: Maximum win limits per bet, per session, or per game category apply and are published on the relevant game pages or in the Platform's general terms supplements. Where a win exceeds the published limit, bj99 reserves the right to pay only up to the published maximum.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bj99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during KYC or other compliance processes.
• Creating or operating more than one bj99 account, whether personally or in coordination with other individuals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner, including for the purpose of placing bets, exploiting game mechanics, or harvesting data.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating play in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or unknown software defect are void and must be returned to bj99.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting using bj99 funds, or any strategy designed specifically to exploit promotional offers without genuine commercial gaming intent.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or abusing bj99 staff, support agents, or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise bj99's infrastructure, systems, databases, or security protocols through any technical or social engineering means.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bj99 platform, including but not limited to the bj99 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game assets, text, audio, and video content ("Intellectual Property"), is the exclusive property of bj99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bj99.
• Use any bj99 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without bj99's express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of bj99's Intellectual Property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action in addition to account termination.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj99 provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

bj99 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or bj99 had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from errors, interruptions, defects, delays, or failures in the Platform's software, infrastructure, or communications systems.
• Losses attributable to unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processor delays, failures, or errors.
• Losses arising from changes to game rules, odds, or payout structures made in accordance with this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to exclude or limit bj99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

bj99 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices you should be aware of include:

• We collect personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, device identifiers, and financial transaction records for the purpose of operating your account and complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• We may share your data with licensed KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

13 Responsible Gaming

14 Account Suspension & Termination

bj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including Prohibited Conduct outlined in Clause 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Detection of suspicious activity, including patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the User against bj99 without prior attempt to resolve the matter through the Platform's official dispute process.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the account.

Upon closure of an account for reasons attributable to your breach of this Agreement, bj99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in full. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting bj99 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after all pending wagering obligations are settled.

15 Amendments to This Agreement

bj99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active account holders by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Agreement will be published on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued wagering activity after the effective date will be treated as unambiguous acceptance of the amended terms.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which bj99 holds its operating licence.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Step 1 – Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, you should first contact bj99 customer support with full details of your complaint. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly, typically within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint to bj99's compliance department by submitting a formal written complaint to our official support email. Formal complaints will receive a written response within fourteen (14) business days.
• Step 3 – Binding Arbitration: If the complaint remains unresolved after completion of Steps 1 and 2, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator or, failing agreement, by an arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of the relevant governing body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bj99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property rights or prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its users.
